Illumination Tree

Illumination Tree by Jezebel, a New Mexico-based glass artist, is an art chandelier featured in the Great Hall of the Albuquerque Sunport.

This chandelier weights an estimated 1,400 lbs. and was installed in the front window of the Great Hall on the ticketing level at the Albuquerque Sunport. Inspired by the joining of Earth and sky, the glass is reminiscent of the colors of the New Mexican sky at dawn and dusk, and the steel branches reflect the strength and durability of the Earth.

It is lit with 150 LED bulbs and features 220 handmade glass blossoms.
